Another edition of things that kinda annoy me.

This time it's things people say in general conversation. For example:
When a conversation gets serious, you often hear people say, "well, to be honest...".Thats annoys me.. are you saying you've been dishonest up to now? Is it time for honesty now as opposed to lies???

"More or less". What exactly does that mean? I know it's meant to signify "close to the same". But more or less? Which? More or less? Pick one. And then tell me how much more it is or less it is.
